A silky sibling to our Cabernet Sauvignon, it is a valley-floor-based Cabernet Sauvignon-driven blend. Comprised of 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 21% Cabernet Franc, and 3% Merlot, it reveals bing cherry, cassis, blueberry, and vanilla in a silky, velvety, oaky frame. While it was aged in 50% new oak, this is all about its soft, sumptuous fruit as Cabernet Franc shines through. It shows extremely well now and should easily last 8-10 years. While our mountain top Cabernet sleeps, enjoy this any night of the week.
