tasting notes
Here is a departure from our normal Pamplemousse as it was aged an extra year. With extra time on the lees, this version comes across as more developed but with higher texture. It is on the ripe side but held down by firm, vibrant acidity. It is high toned, crisp, bright, completely dry with creamy finish. Flavors of Meyer lemon, green apple, ripe grapefruit and peach wrap up in a clean, viscous finish. Chill it nicely and serve with some smoked fish, cheese. and fruit.
