tasting notes
Continuing the trends of last few years, here is another riper version of Pamplemousse with a lively, refreshing acidity. Its signature grapefruit aroma is accompanied by white flower, melon and beewax as well. Instead of laser focused fruit, it shows ripe grapefruit, stone fruit with noticeable skin tannins in the finish. It is creamier than usual and while it will develop, it’s hard not to enjoy it now. This will be a perfect afternoon beverage on your hot summer day. Watermelon Gazpacho, Spanish melon soup, oysters on the half shell, smoked fish are some of things we look forward to paring with.
